It prevents the baby from turning over while sleeping, but ensures freedom of movement. To alternate the side on which the baby is laid, the side positioner should be turned so that the larger side is always at the baby's back.

Suitable for all bed sizes, this should only be used while the baby is not yet able to roll over independently.
